CHELSEA THOMSON
I am a photographer based out of Summerville, South Carolina and I love capturing real life in the moment.
"PHOTOGRAPHY FOR ME IS MUCH MORE THAN JUST SHOOTING, EDITING, AND DELIVERING. PHOTOS FREEZE A MOMENT IN TIME THAT WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. IT CAPTURES ALL THE FEELS. WHENEVER I LOOK BACK AT MY PHOTOS I REMEMBER THE SOUNDS, SMELLS, & LAUGHTER. THIS ISN'T JUST A BUSINESS & HOBBY, ITS MY LIFE."
My FAMILY is the most important thing to me. I have three adorable children, Grace, Skyler, & Kane. Don't let their cuteness fool you, they have a fire inside them that rages like the sun. Same goes for my Cane Corso pup, Nova. She is the biggest doof, but I can't imagine life without her. I have the most amazing husband Kevin, best friend is an understatement, that I'm lucky enough to have as my number one fan. Without him I would not be who I am today, let alone following this amazing dream. We lived down the street from one another around age 5 and have now been together for 15 years, 9 years married.
Family is where this all started. After my first baby was born I found a love in photography I never thought existed. My husband saw a glow in me when I was capturing a new moment and bought me my first camera. Ever since, he has pushed me and helped me through everything and I am so grateful!
When I don't have a camera in my hand, you will find me spending time with my family, catching up on the latest shows and movies, and when the weather is nice, the adventurous side of me comes out to play. Fall is my favorite (especially Halloween) and I love doing anything crafty. I have a wide variety of taste in music, love Taco Bell, and am a huge animal lover. I am a free spirt with a sarcastic humor and a major foody.
My personality is shown brightly through my style of shooting and editing. I live for capturing moments in real time, just thinking about it makes me smile. I put my heart and soul into each click of my shutter and every photo I edit. I love meeting new people and gaining new friends. I look forward to getting to know more about you, on both sides of the lens.
